Recreation Program
Our resting evaluation can be applied to optimize the effective performance of elderly workers to extend their active working years, which is much needed in industries where there is an age limit to work, but where there is a shortage of skilled workers, such as aviation today, where pilots can participate in commercial aviation until the age of 65. Regular assessment of pilots over 65 can therefore ensure that their skills are maintained.
Each of our programmes is a complex system of services, the elements of which are self-assessed measurement results, optimized for different professional organizations. The service starts with the acceptance of a protocol developed through a professional survey and analysis according to the client’s needs. Our staff will then carry out an on-site measurement of the programme participants, which is non-invasive in all cases and usually takes six minutes. Following the measurement, an assessment is automatically generated and sent to the person measured via the e-mail address provided. The client receives an analysis from the professional staff according to the protocol approved by the client. Ongoing contact is maintained by operating an on-call centre where partners can access the support agreed upon.
